"Donating time and professional skills to BeyondMe projects inspires our people to develop themselves and others, build new relationships and grow their networks, while connecting with our community engagement strategy and driving positive social impact."

How will your people benefit?

BeyondMe complements your business' talent development and corporate responsibility initiatives.

We see a strong link between these two disciplines: engaging talent in skills-based volunteering is beneficial to the community and strengthens staff skills. We also know that millennials rank ‘to improve society’ as their top priority for business. This is why we’ve developed a model empowering your talent to support charity projects while also developing their professional skills and networks.

We help build BeyondMe teams within your business. A team is is made up of seven professionals and one senior leader. Together they donate their time, skills and money to a charity project for one year.

The projects on our portfolio are specifically designed around the skills and expertise of professionals. This could include projects requiring financial, legal, marketing or technology skills. The projects are also intended to be achieved alongside professionals’ day jobs and responsibilities.

Through their year-long journey, we provide your talent with leadership training, educational events, inspiring speakers, and networking opportunities. And our team model is a great way for your people to build relationships with colleagues across business divisions and levels of seniority.

BeyondMe teams currently exist in over 15 businesses, including Allen & Overy, Brainlabs, CBRE, Deloitte, EY, Goldman Sachs, JLL, KPMG, Linklaters, PwC.
