We are looking for a team who are skilled in systems operational thinking and community engagement, helping us to ensure each team member is working on the same page and ex-pupils and coaches are still involved in our mission.

Over the last year we have worked with our BeyondMe team to expand our presence from 9 to 25 schools. We have developed marketing materials, our programme offering and evaluation tools with our team. They helped us win funding from the IPSOS Foundation. Book Clubs in Schools (BCiS) now needs to test the scalability of the programme designed by our BeyondMe partners which is based on a train-the-trainer approach. We plan to expand the book clubs from 25 to 50 schools during the 2017-2018 academic year.
