SYCT owns two buildings in Streatham. We need help with a comprehensive review of our assets to identify risks and opportunities.
CHGN is working towards sustainable health, wellbeing and happiness in Africa and Asia. We want to see communities sustainably defining and leading their own futures, rather than relying on outsiders. We have a great model that enables communities to connect and unlock their potential, ultimately improving surrounding health and wellbeing. We have received great feedback from NGOs, governments, individuals and communities, and we have been developing the model and replicating it in various places to good impact. But we have not had the capacity to really focus on long term business planning -- we are a small team and have been working hard on actually developing our model. And so we now need real help to build a sustainable financial foundation and future for our model.
We are a homelessness and community support charity, impacting the lives of around 1,500 people each year in and around London. We want your help to measure the impact of our important work more effectively.
