We are a social mobility charity. We know anecdotally that our programme improves student retention, raises ambition and academic performance. We’d like help to create a comprehensive data strategy to prove it.

Career Ready is a UK-wide charity linking employers with schools and colleges to open up the world of work to young people aged 16-19. Through our structured programme of regular contact with working people and work places we give students with little family background of higher education or professional careers the confidence, skills and networks to achieve their potential.

The four pillars of our programme are mentoring, workplace visits, masterclasses and internships/work experience, all delivered by employer volunteers and mapped to our Skills for Career Success learning outcomes.

We need a comprehensive strategy for student data capture and analysis to support our ambition to reach 500 schools by 2018 and provide a robust and evidence-based demonstration of the value and impact of our programme.

We would like the expertise of a Beyond Me team to analyse our current data collection processes and help us to identify the right data to capture, improve our collection methods and define how we use the right data to support the delivery of our vision, ambitions and growth.
